Homemade Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams flour
  • 20 grams of refined sugar
  • 7.5 grams fermipan
  • 1 egg
  • 70 grams white butter
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 250 cc of water ice
  • 1/4 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 kg minced chicken (sauteed ground beef in the butter and add the pepper)
  • Sausage and ham @10 pcs (in small slices and thin)
  • Smoked beef cattle
Added:
- Thin-sliced tomatoes
- Thin-sliced mushrooms
- Peppers
- Pineapple, and others

Seasoning:
  • 1 bottle tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Oregano
  • Garlic salt
  • Mozzarella cheese
How To Make:
  1. Fermipan and water stirred, and put the flour, sugar, and eggs while in knead and wait 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes, knead the dough with white butter and salt, until the shaped dough, then wait 30 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Put the dough on a baking sheet, pricks with a fork, then put tomato sauce and garlic salt. Arrange all the meat and other toppings, add thin slices of tomato then sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake until puffed.
