Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, beaten off
- 3 pieces of sausage medium diameter, round slices (can also 5 small sausages)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise being
- 1/2 parts onions, sliced half-circle
- Thinly sliced button mushrooms to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
How to Make:
- Beat the eggs with salt and pepper until blended.
- Heat the omelet pan over low heat.
- Pour the egg mixture until blended.
- Before the egg mixture hardens, grammar sausage, peppers and onions on it.
- Cook over medium-low flame so that the top of the pan lid too ripe.
- Turn the omelet and cook again until the mature side on the bottom.
- Back again omelet, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese until melted. Lift.
- Serve while warm omelet.
