Pizza Omelet

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs, beaten off
  • 3 pieces of sausage medium diameter, round slices (can also 5 small sausages)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise being
  • 1/2 parts onions, sliced half-circle
  • Thinly sliced button mushrooms to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
How to Make:
  1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper until blended.
  2. Heat the omelet pan over low heat.
  3. Pour the egg mixture until blended.
  4. Before the egg mixture hardens, grammar sausage, peppers and onions on it.
  5. Cook over medium-low flame so that the top of the pan lid too ripe.
  6. Turn the omelet and cook again until the mature side on the bottom.
  7. Back again omelet, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese until melted. Lift.
  8. Serve while warm omelet.
