We Napping Make Smarter Brain?

Remember, when I was a child our parents always "require" us to take a nap? Though we still fun to play or watch television. It must upset once, and as a torture for us. But oddly enough, now we are hard pressed to actually live this one activity. In fact we often have to steal time to be able to close my eyes for a moment. Although sleep a little while, the body fells more refreshed afterwards.

Whether you know, that turns a deep nap can boost brain's learning capacity dramatically?

The researchers found that naps for an hour alone is enough to improve the brain's ability to learn new facts within the next hour. Moreover, the longer we hold out to stay "awake", the sluggish  performance of our brain.

These new findings support previous data from the same research team, that staying up all night can reduce the brain's ability to incorporate new things almost as much as 40%. This is due to closure of parts of the brain during sleep deprivation.

The researchers say that sleep is also needed to clear the brain and short-term memory provides space for the absorption of new information.
