Ice Ball Fruit Basil


Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of watermelon
  • 200 grams of melon
  • 200 grams cantaloupe
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 500 ml coconut milk diluted with boiled water (not boiled)
  • Sugar syrup / Vanilla syrup
  • Ice cubes to taste
How to make:
  1. Basil soak in hot water for 3 minutes, drain.
  2. Cut watermelon, melon and cantaloupe with mold / cutter fruit is round.
  3. Pour the sugar syrup / vanilla syrup in a glass.
  4. Put watermelon, melon and cantaloupe on top and add the basil seeds on the top.
  5. Add the ice cubes to taste.
  6. Sprinkle with coconut milk and serve cold (for 4 servings).
